This book is undoubtedly the best on the suject of Pernicious Anaemia and Vitamin B12 deficiency! A MUST READ for us all. So clearly written, that lay-people can understand. I am going to give my doctor one ! Full of fantastic information. Martyn has done us all a great service by writing this book. Thank you Martyn Hooper!

GOOD. IN A NUTSHELLWHAT DOES IT RECOMEND.

It covers everything you need to know. It recommends that everyone is treated according to their symptoms(which doesn't happen at present.) I can't put it in a nutshell really as P.A. and B12 deficiency are such complicated subjects. Ths book helps us to understand the science behind the condition. I think all people with the condition should read the book, then you can talk to your G.P. with good information.
