Hi there. I've had B12 injections every 3 months since last year due to my PA.
My feet always cold (unpleasant cold). Warm sleepers don’t work at all. My GP cannot find the cause.
Any idea about my cold feet and PA, is highly appreciated.
Thanks.

Is your thyroid OK? Sometimes we can be hit by the double whammy of underactive thyroid and low B12. It's also worth getting VitD checked too. MariLiz
Are your feet cold to tbe touch. If not then you are having neuropathy symptoms of b12 def
Hi
Hi
I have really poor circulation. Lots of medical problems. I also have very cold feet. I use ginko biloba for mine it helps a lot. You are not supposed to take it if you have blood problems might need to check with doctor. They use it for memory and altzeimers. I also take Hawthorne for the heart. My herbalist said it takes about 6 weeks for Hawthorne to work.
They help me, good luck.
Linda
Thanks Linda-one.Is the cause of poor circulation PA?
Hello Fred
Sorry it took me forever to reply. Had some sort of nasty virus.
I do not know which of my many problems give me the poor circulation and cold feet. So I treat with the herbs because they work for me. I have seen a master herbalist about my health so I know I am not doing any harm.
I have thyroid problems and my normal body temp is 35.3 on treatment. So maybe the thyroid is the problem. Hope you find something that helps you.
I suffer from this as well. Always better after my jab and I have mine 4weekly so I am hoping for better this winter. Would recommend you ask your doc for more frequent jabs and see if that helps. Can't harm as I am sure you know.
Thanks NovicePA. My GP asked me last week about my problem when I was in a holiday a few weeks ago.As I didn't have any problem during my holiday in a hot area, she concluded that my problem is about weather! Now I remember that I went to holiday just after my B12 injection.
I've had Raynauds disease all my life and diagnosed b12d in my late 20's. Raynauds shows at the extremities (hands, feet, nose etc) and you react extremely to changes in temperature or stress. To my knowledge, primary has no underlying cause and is not detected in bloods etc (this is what I have). Secondary has an underlying cause and can be linked with schloeorderma, lupus etc. Hope you work it out.
Thanks Serendipity16. My GP advised me that I don't have any problem as my hands aren't cold and just my feet! However, still I have the problem!
Strange, I have P.A. and experience burning hot feet.
Not to the touch---they feel normal . But the burning neverstops. I think it never will. But burning feet are one of the symptoms of P.A. Matbe your cold feet are due to something else? Thyroid? Sometimes comes with P.A.
