Heavy headedness

Pls my people, recently I started feeling hurt from d back of my head to the middle. It's as if am carrying a load on my head, my head down to my neck and chest are soo heavy. It's as hot as fire, and this is accompanied wit serious hot flash. 2days ago I went for cranial CT scan (brain) and chest X-ray and nothing was seen, everything appeared normal,then what could be wrong with me? Is it still as a result of the hypothyroidism? Pls need urgent response.
