I used to have. I did not feel my first couple of injections. Now they sting like hell. I have slightly reduced sensation in fingers and toes but much better than before starting B12.

I do, I've noticed it as well! Wasn't to sure if it was part of the b-12 deficiency or just because I've been in pain for a while now and just got accustomed to it?
