Hopefully you now feel better on that. You must have a good GP. I also get monthly prescription but unfortunately it was a bit of a battle.
Yes, she is always willing to listen and even when I take stuff from the net to show her she will often say I didn't know that or, I will look into it and get back to you - and she does. I was making my last post in reply to someone who said we can't get monthly jabs in the UK but I don't know why it came out as a fresh post rather than a reply, though I was doing it on my phone, on computer now.
I don't know if my numb feet are going to improve or whether it requires more than monthly for that to happen.
Wow, i'm impressed that your Gp was so flexible.
I also got my injections upped to once per month after a lot of complaining. My GP would not allow more than once every 2 months but my doctor in the Haematology clinic at Homerton Hospital wrote a very stern letter insisting it be monthly.
I only deal with the specialist now, the best thing I ever did was insist I be referred there and they are happy to keep me on a rolling appointment every 3 months. Great for piece of mind and learning a lot about the condition.
