I know that alcohol depletes natural amounts of Vit B12 in the body, but does it also deplete Vit B12 that has been injected intramusculary?

Thank you Marre. Another good reason to give up!

B12 will sacrifice/bind to transport any toxins such as alcohol, drugs, environmental toxins, free radicals produced by stress so that body can eliminate those. So when I have many of those more than usual, I feel my symptoms comeback quicker than normal hence needing more injection.

Hi Erainy, thank you. That's very interesting and useful to know. There's a lot more to all this than meets the eye!
