I met with my Parkinson's Movement Specialist Wednesday. I received a DBS "makeover" as Dr. Jill reprogrammed me. She tried different settings and found what works for me. Since the car accident in January, I have been sluggish, taking naps in mid morning and after 3pm daily. The reprogramming has helped with the fatigue but I need speech therapy for swallowing and the cognitive problems. Still dealing with some symptoms but should "go away" over the next 6 months.
