LPS – essentially fragments of bacterial cell walls – is one of the most potent antigens in existence. Not related to Parkinson's as far as I know.

That said, exercise is well known to mitigate Parkinson's

In college I did an independent-study experiment looking at the lethality of LPS. LPS is lipo-poly-saccharide, the main component of cell walls in E. Coli. Like most drugs small amounts can help the immune system. Large amounts do the opposite. So small amounts of LPS might act like a vaccination, stimulating the body to produce enzymes that counteract LPS damage.

I started Rasagiline for a few weeks now. Doesn’t help my symptoms including tremors and gait issues. Called my friend who is a neurologist and he told me to exercise using a recumbent bike for 30-40 minutes three times weekly. I ordered one waiting for delivery. In the meantime I have a mountain bike on an indoor trainer. I have been using it for two weeks now doing HIIT workouts for 10 to 20 minutes. Otherwise I just pedal for 30 minutes. Either method I do till sweat is dripping down my head. Nothing makes me feel better. Reduces tremors, energy level up, lifts brain fog, improves balance, gait still needs improvement, noticed slight arm swing, motivation to clean up my son’s mess, wanted to hug wife. I feel like I am slowly moving in the right direction. Studies are showing nothing has the potential to slow stop or reverse PD other than exercise. Exercise like your life depends upon it because it does.
