Quercetin bromelain

I bought Bestvite quercetin 500mg/250 bromelain take 2, 3 × day. How long before you see results., or is their a better brand. Hoping this will help as a MAO B inhibitor. Also, my stomach feels upset a bit, does that happen to anyone. Thank you.
