Just curious who here is taking and has been taking taurine? Already posted on this molecule so you can click on my screen name and do research, BUT just got re-energized because of this paper:

1 scoop.or 3ml Carlsons Taurine was recommended by my dr. I did it for a month but never re-upped when i ran out because I take more supplements than i can afford!
