Mestinon in disphagia

Hi,

Has anyone tried Mestinon(pyridostigmin) for releiving disphagia in parkinson?

What were the side effects? Is it safe to use?

What can be used for disphagia?

Doctor priscribe it for my mother but I am afraid it cause adverse effects on her.
