When depression knocks on the door, don't let it in.

If it is in before you can stop it, here are some affirmations to drive it out;

First of all, throw it out by saying something like: Get out!!You do not pay rent here, so get out and stay out!

Then affirm:

I love it when I feel great! 12x

I love it when I feel fit 12x

I love knowing PD is curable 12x

Pd is curable. Just ask Howard Shifke and Bianca Molle.

I love it when my blance is good.

I love it when my mouth is sufficiently moisty 12x

I love it when my bowels are regular.. 12x

I love it when i score high on my brain games 12x

I use these, and I feel so much better when I do.

The affimations begin to change the paths of the neurons :)

As we know, attitude is everything!!

Amen! This is just as much a fight against PD as keeping up on exercise. The last Michael J fox webinar was on anxiety and depression and was very informative. With Parkinson's we get hit with a double whammy...change in brain chemistry from the disease and anxiety and depression knowing we have the disease.

Thank you for the reminder of the importantance of attitude!
