essential oils

Could you all tell me about these essential oils that you are talking about. I'd like to know more about them. Also do any of you have any experience with acupuncture? I did it years ago before PD and loved it. Thanks for the info

I tried acupuncture and an involuntary twitch caused me to tear something in my hip joint. Very painful. No benefit that offset this

I use lavender oil on my ankles and feet to help with swelling, it seems to help some. I havent tried acupucture, but would love to hear if its helped. Massage always makes me feel better. Best, Dana
