Sick and tired

I wish I had found this site ages ago..I have been bedridden 3 years mainly down to lack of duty of care by gp But finding others may be helping each other...

I was on cocdamol for years did work but not great i am now on tramadol and cocdamol is taken off as she said they dont usually give both
