Learning to Relax

I thought I would share with you something I find that helps me a lot through my pain journey.

About six years ago , I did not know how I could help my body when it is so much pain all over and I struggle to move . I get so stiff in the lower back where the failed surgery is and lots of scaring tissue. I was in a steam room trying to stretch my ever contracting hamstrings, a constant battle.

A lady was interested and said I should try an academy winning company called Rosa Thia massage deep tissue , she recommended, Nonie as she understood bad backs . Six years on , through Thia massage which improves my blood flow , pushes out my scaring tissue , a place with gentle music and a place , I find soothing , I have learnt to meditate. It really helps me when I loose mobility.

I am sure it is not for all, the first three or four times I went I could not relax , when I did relax it changed the dynamics of the experience into a new level . I don’t go every month due to my budget but when in trouble it really can dig me out of a bad place and get me moving.

I think one thing that helps is the room is really warm and the oils help for me .

Thought I would share loads love to you all xxx
