Brain eating amoeba or flesh eating bacteria

Please help with my paranoia. While in Aruba this past Tuesday (10/8) I went on an excursion. We went swimming at Baby Beach. We later went swimming in the Conchi natural swimming pool at Arikok National Park. I got a few bites on my legs at some point that I noticed after the Conchi swimming pool. My concern though is that since I went swimming then later after getting back to the hotel used a hair trimmer in my nostrils could I have exposed myself to flesh eating bacteria (Vibrio vulnificus)? Or brain eating amoeba (Naegleria fowleri)? I have been trying to figure out if these areas of water are at risk for having either of these things. Seems like brackish water is more risky but I can’t determine if this is the case and if these areas have more salinity/are less risky? I have a headache but could be unrelated and me worrying too much.

And need meds tweeted or changed to be stable

And more mental health imput
