think I tore or strained muscle just stretching to make bed, felt extreme pain , when bending , stretching fwd to make bed, like something tore or twisted , low in left butt cheek, near top of leg joint, been on pred for 7 years, been icing every hr, still painful hurts to put weight on that leg? Not sure what happened but those muscles in rhat butt cheek have been very tight, maybe favouring, as femoral nerve pain in right groin and thigh present , re trapped nerve , pain front thigh , maybe favouring, caused tightness in left butt muscles, HELP painful

Do you have a good physiotherapist who could help you to relieve the pain would be my suggestion.
