it’s making me think I have something else going on and I’m freaking g out! It’s a very annoying feeling. I will 48 in Jan

Hi, I wonder if you might get a better response if you ask the question on a menopause forum. There are many different symptoms that you can experience in the run up to menopause.

Also, have you looked into neuropathic pain as suggested when you last asked this question?

Hi Lvdmarte76.Yeah sounds like you're perimenopausal. Average age for menopause is 52. Best you can do is manage the symptoms as best you can. Everyone is different. What work for one doesn't work fir someone else. Sometimes herbal supplements work. If spotting gets worse and irregular why not thing about getting a Mirena coil. Covers you for contraception too. Lots of things online to help.

It sounds like the start of the Menopause. It might be worth seeing the older female GP at your Practice and ask for a Hormone test as Oestrogen levels lowering cause the symptoms and a low dose of HRT taken regularly would help. I had my Menopause at 51yrs and took HRT until I was 60 as it strengths your bones also. A scan then gave me 83% strength in my bones. I was lucky and didn't have much in the way of hot flushes, Good luck
