What pain medication is a good replacement for Tramadol that can be taken with clonazapam? I take clonazapam for sleep behavior disorder.

You might want to try Lyrica.

am on duloxitine at the moment but its not as strong as the tramadol was.

I would suggest pregablin. I had a c1/c2 spine fusion and the post surgery pain was incredible, took tramadol and ended up addicted to them. They don’t have the same effect after 2 years but pregablin still helps after 4 yrs.

Hydrocodone. Tramadol is synthetic opioid and has a little different side effects.

I am told its contraindicated because I also take Hydroxy Urea for polycythemia vera.
