Hi there, I find Belladonna plaster really good for my back pain. You can get them on amazon but I get my local chemist to order them in for me. Another natural thing I use is capsium cream. Which is warming and helps direct the blood flow to the sore area. I get that on prescription from my doctor. I suspect the both work similarly. I use these things quite often to cut down on pain medication. I hope that helps.

I have psoriatic arthritis and I use Australian Dream Cream and now Blu Emu both work pretty good for my wide spread pain nightmare and lidocaine patches help too.
