HelloI have a trapped nerve in my neck, there isn`t much can be done when it gets sore. A warm flannel sometimes helps or some pain relief gel...

Has it gone down your leg? Have you seen anyone?My situation started like that and I went to a musculoskeletal specialist. It’s a good starting point.

Yes I have pins and needles and a numb sensation down my leg. Saw a spinal physiotherapist and he is sending me for a "scan" and then on maybe injections under ultrasound. BUT as it is not"life threatening" who knows when it will happen,Now on Gabapentin for nerve pain.

Hi. I have a degenerate lumbar scoliosis and as trapped nerve. For umpteen years now, the only way I've been able to sleep is in a semi-sitting position in a reclining chair. I reduce the pain by bodily contortion in the direction of the scoliosis.
