Good morning,

I have had a wound on the top of my foot since last year in August, of which it has been a bother, as I have been to several Doctors, who have given me the same sort of treatment, such as antibiotics and pain killers. I went to our family Hospital, several times, but nothing has improved, sleepless nights, of pain and misery. I now go to one of the small clinics in the vicinity, where upon, I have received one weeks painkiller injections plus likewise antibiotics. I was given something to insert at night in case of severe pain. Now that is finished its back to sleepless nights and pain. I feel I have had too much antibiotics given from the various Hospitals. Am I wrong in thinking so, at 80yrs of age.

Hello Gertzm,You must be completely fed up with it and at your wits end. Has anyone at all explained to you the reason why this is not healing up. Could you ask to be referred to a specialist because there must be some logical answer. Somehow !!!
