Hiya Betty,sorry about the diagnosis. You said you're fatigued.Have you been in hospital.What other changes have you noticed since you got covid.have you been told to take any specific meds.it sounds draining. I hope you get yourself back to gd health real soon.

HiJjflash I've not been in hospital my whole body aches my back pain worse breathless at times dry throat had nausea and was sick the other night. No appetite it's truly horrible

Hi Betsy. Totally agree with the better you. It worked wonders for me on a daily as I became vitamin D deficient. Just rest up but make sure you drink PLENTY. It’s a long recovery process sometimes but you get there eventually.

Hi pinklady soz for the late reply. Thanks for the good wishes I'm still not better but getting there. Absolutely no energy lost my taste which puts you off eating but I am trying little bits. Hope you are well stay safe
