Hi, I'm new to this group prompted by a headache I've now had for around 2 weeks. It's not severe but constant. Because I'm on warfarin I can only have paracetamol or cocodamol. I avoid the latter. I've tried online yoga and a support pillow but still hasn't shifted. I get neck and shoulder aches so think they may be associated. Haven't contacted my GP as so difficult at moment. Thinking of using a chiropractor. Any advice?

Have you had your INR checked recently ? With the risk of warfarin and brain bleeds you really should be seeing your GP asap rather than trying to guess the cause and treat yourself. GPs are working and seeing patients so I think it's wise to call them today.
Have you got neck and shoulder pain at the moment as well as headaches? You posting suggests just headaches at moment. My first thought is when did you last have your eyes tested? It could be as simple as needing glasses?? I know opticians are open because I had my eyes tested not long ago.
I also agree that you should speak to your gp. Any new symptoms that don’t go away should be looked into.
Don’t agree that Covid means don’t contact gp. In fact time and time again we are being told we should contact gp if unwell.
Hi Yea constant headaches are a nucience to say the least. I suffered same years ago but one particular doctor I saw prescibed Amitriptilyne and honestly I've never ever had a headache since. I take 50mgs at night, get a good sleep, and awaken in fine fettle. No headaches....
All the Best.
