Ketamine IV, Compounded Ketamine pills, fentanyl duragesic patches. Not much helps with nerve pain. I have the same problem. What have you tried?

All I have found is pregabalin plus co codamol the side effects aren’t good vision and balance problems but the burning pain gets so bad that I have to get some relief I’m trying to stay on a low dose 125 mg over 24 hrs
