I also wonder what meds you’re taking?

I was given Lyrica and Cymbalta for a pinched nerve issue in my pelvis. I lost my appetite to. The meds were useless for my injured nerve.

I figured out years later those meds made me lose my sense of taste and my sense of smell. I got them back somewhat by smelling essential oils of rose, lavender, orange etc. They’re still not 100% better.

Can you make smoothies using bananas, berries, coconut milk and protein powder? You need to nourish your body.
