Lot of pain with normal tests..

Hello all. I am struggling a lot with the pain lately.I don t know even how to start. all my body hurts. It all started with left rib area pain when I was stretching ...now I have painful hipps and limbs.Sometimes when I move other times when I am relaxed. I ve noticed clicks in my joints, and sharp pain when I turn my head right side. I have pain in my jaw as well. Mornings when I wake up is like someting hit me all the night and left side rib the area that started hurt first is extremly painfull that I cannot stay in bed anymore and I preffer to move so it won t be so stiff. Even now when I write my hands hurts .I lost strenght in my arms and I have certain angles that I cannot move my arms without great pain . The most frustrating thing is that the Gp ordered blood tests, magnetic scans( lower back),ultrasounds scans but he says nothing is wrong...I am very confused what should I do next because this deeply afects my life..thank you for reading and for an eventual advice.

Might be time to go see a rheumatologist... its irritating when doctors can only treat by labs while we suffer getting worse.
