Can anyone describe your symptoms please?

Those who costochondritis when it flares up does your chest feel tender or sore to touch? Also does the pain radiate else where across shoulder, down arm or behind shoulder blade?

For me it’s ribs,sternum and shoulders but worst of call near the spine

Worse pain is along the sternum and is very tender to touch , pain can radiate to arms .

Yes mine is very tender right between my breast all the way down like a line. Like a pulling feeling when I move my arm too. Flares up like every 6-8 weeks for a week! Anyone else get this?
