I have ADPKD and was diagnosed in 2017, and have large cysts on my pancreas, liver and kidneys, but have relatively decent function. Given that CKD has been listed as an underlying health condition that is in the 'at risk' category and need to do more to social distance/protect, what would be the best course of action for me? The government documents and NHS website aren't really helping to clarify what level of ADPKD is considered 'at risk' or if it's across the board, as ADPKD is, of course, a chronic kidney disease, if not the actual CKD.
I can't contact my GP surgery at the moment as they're prioritising, and don't really know what else to do.

Even through you don't not have functional kidney problems you would I believe fall into the vulnerable category. You are classed as having a chronic kidney disease. You may well have associated hypertension which is another risk factor. Plus you may have had steroid treatment another risk factor. Any chronic renal disease with or without renal impairment put you at risk. You should self isolate.
Hi there, got the same advice from my boss and she wants me to work from home which I'm happy to do as I can do a fair bit from a remote access laptop hopefully.
