Hi everyone, this isn't a negative post it's just acceptance in what each and everyone of us have with issues that we have to live with,me personally I know I won't get better as I have cervical myelopathy in later stages but that doesn't mean I will give in , it's just I have come to accept it and move on , I could be angry that I was misdiagnosed 20 yrs ago and shouldn't be like this , but it's what it is and we are all human and make mistakes in life . That is so positive ☀️ Cheers.
Hi Clive. Yes, we've all just got to get on with it and do the best we can. I'm trying to pace myself today - had a rotten day yesterday so trying to be more positive today. Well said. x

It explains so well what we go through and how so many never reach that acceptance.
Good for you for finding it.

Hi Clive. I firmly believe acceptance is a very very big part of the process.
I do see things from a religious perspective but dont want to overpreach, however, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those is my belief of where aaceptance of a situation has its roots.
We are human and depending on our personal situations it takes us all varying amounts of time to reach the point of aaceptance.
We can stop wasting energy on something that cannot be changed and focus all of it on how we live the rest of our lives.
I personally grateful for an early diagnosis, and we can all work towards getting the medical profession to a point where early diagnosis and treatment is the norm.
I agree. We must accept our conditions. It takes a while but if can be done.
I’m glad you’re in a good place. I am 75% of the time. It’s the fatigue from medication side effects plus flare days that are a drag.
