Hi

I'm being a bit thick here but what is C R P S

in reply to

It stands for Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome. I don't know anything else about it though!

Morning Lynne, I know you struggle with your sleep but you must have been awake early. Hope you have a comfortable day. Much love. xxxx

Hi

I didn't get any sleep last night due to pain.

Please take care of yourself Lynne

Oh Lynne, I'm so sorry to hear that. Here's hoping you have a better night tonight. xx

It is a permanent pain (rather like scraping a cut with your fingernails, sometimes described as a burning sensation, but, I would say, worse than that)which when aggravated feels 80 times worse. You get pains from doing things which shouldn't cause pain, like walking is murder to your legs.

Hi

Pain all over 24/7. I have Nash (non alcoholic steatohepititis caused by meds from my Drs over the years) I can only describe this pain as being like when bi had Gall stones back in October 85 which were agony, I had them and my gall bladder removed. I do have many conditions causing pain.

I sincerely hope that you improve very soon. Take care of yourself Lynne

Hi, Is there any chance of a cure for you, or is it like mine, here for life?

Hi I had a spinal chord stimulator in May for a long standing back problem. I was on hefty doses of opioids. I have already reduced by half my daily intake. It's taken time to learn to use it but am getting more confident now

oh wow that’s brilliant. My consultant put me through for a scs 2 years but I didn’t feel ready for it. I am now starting the process as everything else has failed. I would love to reduce my meds and have less pain. Hope it continues to improve your pain levels. Xx
