Hi... Bless you, I can sympathise with how you are feeling. I went through a similar thing myself. You don't say how old you are and how long you've been feeling like this or if you've mentioned it to your Gp?.

Unbeknown to me, mine was due to depression... it wasn't the weepy kind, just felt spaced out and just couldn't think... couldn't make a decision. It was awful.

Just wondering if there's a possibilty that it might be depression?

Yes you have a fair amount of conditions, and dealing with each one I would imagine is a tough call, dealing with PA has its own problems, and even taking medication can affect our wellbeing, sometimes its just nice to know that people are interested and are generally concerned for other people on this forum, and its always difficult to discuss each subject in depth, sometimes the symptoms that we can't see are the ones that can cause the person the biggest problem, whether it be physical or mental, and then we are prescribed a tablet to get rid of our initial symptoms, but then we can end up with side effects, a bit of a vicious circle, sometimes life can throw some unpleasant things at us,whether that be an illness or a bereavement or something that I wish I had never witnessed, which left me traumatised and lifelong PTSD,dont give yourself a hard time, hopefully you'll get a few more replies regarding the PA,I suffer with neuropathy, and end up with intense pins and needles daily, currently receiving vitamin B12 injections ,but loads of other symptoms muscle twitching, eye flickering , leg cramps and like you had stomach problems over the years, taking omeprazole now for the rest of my days, and I believe this also can affect absorption, I'm still learning about this condition, so I'm a novice,so I wish you well, best wishes x
