Dots and Stripes

I wonder if anyone experiences the same problem as me. I get fewer migraines than in the past but the one thing that gets me is dots and stripes. If I see someone in the street especially wearing horizontal stripes I cover my eyes quickly but the much worse situation is sudden appearance of triggers on television. Watching the women's World Cup football last night was a trial for me as the presenter was wearing a very striking dress with little squares and I didn't grab a screen shield fast enough. I Have written to the BBC on several occasion and they just say it's up to presenters and contributors what they wear. I could say more about the attitude having worked in television production all my working life. Suffice to say certain technical standards have slipped. Senior vision engineers would be very cross and listened to.
