My husband is on 20mg of doloxetine . How long does it take it to work. Has only 2 dosages so far and can he take Tylenol while taking this

See a pharmacist. They have 4 years training on drugs. Combinations of drugs are highly likely not to have been in a drug trial. So the side effect of the combination is likely to be unknown.
