If you’re suffering from back pain or any other form of chronic pain you may have considered going to see a chiropractor.

I think when you find the right chiropractor, you’ll also see the benefits of chiropractic care. Here are some of the benefits of chiropractic treatment for managing the pain.

-Provides powerful pain relief

-Treat the causes of pain

-Drug-free pain management

-You can find customizable treatments

-It's low risk

-Work for everyone–from kids to seniors

-Chiropractic care can increase energy levels

-Can reduce blood pressure

-Reduces depression risk

-Improves mental health

-Boost your immune system

When I had severe knee pain from arthritis, I went to a chiropractic care center in Toronto( optimalrehab.org/chiropract... ). They were good and the treatment was really effective. However, before going to a chiropractor, check with your regular physician and when you see a new chiropractor for the first time, make sure you tell him or her about all medical conditions, medications, etc.

I agree 100 percent. Without my chiropractor..I couldn't do what little I can do. I wish more people would try chiropractic.. and not just once. It took me several to find the right one. Most people think its just about getting adjusted... chiropractors do amazing work for soft tissue issues and chiropractic helps with your cells also. Great post.

I don't agree at all. I had some very violent manipulation which has caused me long term problems. This was done without x-rays or scans. Stay away from chiropractors!

I am sorry to say it did nothing for me I have seen several over the years and none of them have reduced my pain levels a couple actually increased it for a while I will admit for some people who have a low to moderate pain levels it can reduce it but for people with severe levels it tends not to be that good, I am not one of them who likes to complain about the pain and I have a very high pain threshold so I have been told by several people.

I hope everyone who tries it good luck that it works for them.
