I receive Remicade/Infliximab infusions for Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriatic Spondylitis. I was wondering how often everyone receives their infusions, how long the effects last (before your pain noticeably resurfaces) and what the side effects are that you get and how long they last.

I was receiving infusions every 8 weeks, then 6 weeks (along with 2 dosage increases) and at the beginning of the year we hope to have insurance approve me for every 4 weeks. My rheumatologist has thought they need to be moved closer and I’ve had a second urgent care doctor say he feels the same. So, I was just wondering how frequently everyone else receives theirs.
