Today my MRI report came back that L4/5 in my spine are dry and protruding, im 25 and suffer from hypermobility syndrome, I've been suffering fairly severe back pain for around 6 months, am on a cocktail of pain meds, just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and knows if there is anything I can do to improve my situation.
