I have lot the symbol on page top for New Post

If you click onto box My hub...your groups will come up. Click on group you want post on and up it comes. Follow instructions.

Bananas5 instruction is one way , or you can press home and when it says whats on your mind press and you can put in a post. It's very confusing this new system. Good Luck.
