I haven’t been on here in some time but wanted to update those who have followed my story and those who can help maybe.
I have recently been diagnosed with RA on top of all my other problems in my foot. Prett sure as well it’s starting to affect my left hand, I am absolutely gutted. The pain in my big toe is affecting my walking and disabled my foot every so often. I don’t know whether to join the gym now as I I already can’t exercise my top half due to DDD in my neck.
Feeling kind of really sad right now, I got so many different health issues

I am sorry to hear you have RA too. I have foot problems too, and am soon to have a toe joint replacement. Exercise and keeping fit is so difficult when you have painful feet, especially if they don't work properly too!
Have you tried hydrotherapy? My son and I find that walking in the hydro pool is easier as you don't weight as much.
I’m about to have my first injection, just waiting for the date. I’m quite anxious about this so will be putting a status for opinions on the RA forum.
Thank you so much for your kind reply and I hope that you are ok x
