Hi all as some of you know I suffer from anxiety pretty bad. About 30 mins ago I was lying in bed watching a movie and all of a sudden I got this massive wave of heat come over me. I was sweating, not excessively but enough for me to wonder. I’m mate aged 38, has anyone else suffered this. I’m really worried I’m going to have a heart attack.

It's most probably the medication your on giving you hot flushes. Medication effects people in different ways but if your worried about it maybe talk to your doctor. So now you know how the menopause feels lol.
