Have you spoken to your GP about this ? Ask for a referral to the Pain Management Clinic which may take some time.
In the meantime you could be exploring techniques like pacing and mindfulness meditation, which are tools to help you take control of the way you manage your pain on a daily basis.
You could also, with your GP, consider changing medication to see if other kinds suit you better.
Safely there are no such things as pain 'killers' . Accepting that you have the pain is often a first step to changing how you deal with it.
