I'm good thanks, you? Yes I'm in agony with gal stones and they also won't take it out because I'm over weight x

Oh that's not good. Have they given you anything to help with the pain? Even if you started dieting now it takes ages to loose weight so what do they suggest to make the pain more bearable?

I would suggest going back to GP and tell him or her that your struggling.
