Be Strong!

I got chronic pain all over my body daily. The unbearable pain makes me suffer a lots, especially on the wheather-changing days. Now I learn to use an electrical massager and a shoulder heat-pad to release those pain every two days. Then, I seem to manage my pain and my life gradually. My temper is getting better as well.

I got ya on that one..I am thinking of changing my anatomical name for my spine..I am going to call it my barometer..lol..I can tell every time the weather changes from warm to cold and when it is going to rain also..The pain gets unbearable. I live for the relief of my TENS unit, add a heating pad and ahhh finally relief. But I have to do this a few times daily. It does mess with my temperament too, When the pain gets bad I just want left alone, and I do not want to deal with the public. If I am having a bad day I will go to a small neighborhood store, the prices may be a little bit higher, but I am in and out the line is small. I have spinal stenosis and herniated discs,I had back surgery a couple years ago, but the nerves are now surrounded by scar tissue and if they remove the scar tissue it will just grow back, so no need. It is what it is, but I have been off work since 2013. It really gets me when people do not think it is as bad as I say it is, they are not in my body,

I have a SCS and it helps some of the pain. After 4 surgeries in my lumbar region, every day is pain that is lessened with the SCS. All my joints can indicate rain, cold, barometric changes, and etc..... I haven't worked since 2014, but I have more pain from many other areas. I get you - and I always say that nobody can judge another person's pain!!!
