She said I could take Co-codamol if I needed it ! But noticed codydramol has dihydracodine instead of codeine phosphate .

Think you're best speaking with her just in case. GPs do get Mimms out from time to time as they don't know all the concoctions!!

In the past, over the years lol I have and I was ok with it plus we can't advise you to do it, maybe phone your gp the morrow or phone a late chemist, good luck.
