Hate days like when my knee,is that stiff no matter what exercises I do,it is still stiff as hell 😫😫😒😒.

Those days are foul - I remember one particular day when my knee locked every single time I got up from sitting down and tried to dislocate every time I moved in bed or tried to turn over.

I hope it passes as soon as practical for you.

I have good days and bad days,not too bad when sitting and same when standing and walking it locks, just can't wait for the surgery when I do have it whenever that is and hopefully can get back to some normality.

I can't wait for a partial knee replacement. The last 3 months have been a non stop charley horse from my calf to mid thigh. After 6 hours of sleep I awoke to the knee pain and the charley horse and couldn't sleep. Tuesday I meet with the surgeon to push the surgery forward.

It's do with a tear in my knee,I am waiting for surgery it.
