I to have been on both at different times gabapenten and pregablin neither did touch the neuralgia i have with fantoom tooth pain and still have for past 10yrs.. i feel your pain trying to withdraw from them i too had to take it over a period of months. I now am on ampitripyline 10mg low dose to help with sleep or lack of it really also should have double bonus as its top med for AO the neuralgia so win win heres hoping only been on it 2 nights so early days yet.

I pray you manage to come through withdrawal its nasty i know as i did it first time round and just went back on to reduce very slowly i couldn't heck it as i am BP bipolar. Lordbless
