Noise sensitivity/ tinnitus

I have massive aversion to noise, and constant loud ringing in my ears, for over a year. I wear earplugs and can't go anywhere crowded or even on a city street without huge problems. Any advice? I'm also dizzy all the time, like just stepping off a boat, although I never fall over.

It sounds as though there is a problem with your ears. I would ask your GP to refer you to an ENT clinic so you can be checked and get some help.
