I've been suffering with headaches and everything,and sometimes neck feels stiffish please someone tell me in not the only one I'm scared😭

Best to consult a doctor but it might be good to look at the way your are sitting and your posture. I headache with a stiff neck sometimes could well mean tension in your upper back dn shoulders. Do you spend a lot of time sitting at a computer screen or be ding forward to look at your phone ?

Spend today watching what you do with your body and consider whether you are putting strain on your neck or repeatedly twisting in an awkward way.

All too often headaches and stiffness necks and shoulders are down to the way we hold our bodies.

You are certainly not the only person with pain, obviously we are all, in one way or another, in the same situation. Yet we all have our own particular symptoms and challenges.

Do get medical advice though. Your GP is the best person to advise you. You say you are scared but please don't let it prevent you from getting help. And don't imagine the worst - it probably isn't.
