Hello! I'm new to any form of twittering but here goes. My pain is intermittent and can vary with intensity so it is difficult to make plans. When I have a good day and take advantage I pay the price with days of pain and bed rest. I find that acurepuncture and shiatsu massage (cant spell) very positive. Very recently I was claimed to be a powerful 'hedgewitch'. Every form of cure should be followed. I am following a variety of meditations each day now to various Dieties. Not sure whether the pain will lift but I do feel happier in myself. 80 next year. I plan to keep a diary of events. Elizaj
