Swelling Ankles

I was just released from a J tube implant surgery located in my stomach area

and noticed my ankles soar and slightly swollen. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you have heart problems? when both ankles swell it could be a sign of heart disease or renal failure.... there are a lot of other cause also but it's best your doc rules it out so I would definitely let him know
